Terms and Conditions

• PRIOR to booking and securing your event date, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee is required upon signing of the contract.  
• The remainder of the total amount is due on the day of the event as soon as the DJ arrives at the event location and before the event starts time.  
• By signing the contract, the customer accepts that all equipment that will be used is in good working condition and has been tested before usage.  

• All of the event information must be communicated to the DJ before the day of the event.  
• Any changes in location or timing must be provided a maximum of 3 days before the event.  Failure to do so will result in a $100 penalty in addition to the total fee. 

• The DJ agrees to provide DJ services for the duration of the event.  Any amount of time past the set end time is $100/hour.  
• The DJ. if necessary, will communicate with other vendors to ensure a smooth-flowing event.  
• The DJ agrees to honour song requests and will play them in an orderly manner that mixes well with the previous song.  

• Set-up will be completed a maximum of 30 minutes before the event starts time.  Takedown will begin shortly after the event's end time.  

• Any cancellations by the client MUST be communicated a maximum of 7 days before the day of the event.  Client cancellations are not eligible for refunds.  
• If the DJ needs to cancel the event for emergency purposes ONLY, a full refund of the deposit will be honoured to the client.    

1. Aujla Entertainment YYC & Team will not tolerate any form of abuse.

• We understand disagreements can occur during events, our team is equipped with the skills and training to de-escalate any form of misunderstanding that may occur with the client. 
• If the DJ feels the situation is becoming unmanageable, emergency services/911 will be called immediately.
• Any physical altercations that occur during the event will lead to the immediate cessation of service and 911 will be called.
